The Admissions area of our website is designed to make the application process as simple as possible using our FACTS/SIS Online Application. This process simplifies submission and provides parents a tool for tracking online the status of their admission after their application has been submitted.

Your Online Application must be completed and supplemental application forms (Pastoral Referral Form, Teacher Referral Form and Records Request Form) completed and returned to the school. 

A non-refundable fee of $150 for each K4 - 8th grade applicant and a non-refundable fee of $75 for each UMS (9th - 12th grade) applicant must be submitted by debit or credit card with each application. (After June 1 of each school year, the application fee is $250 for K4-8th and $175 for 9th-12th.)

Upon receipt of your online application and supplemental materials (such as the Pastor Referral Form, Teacher Referral Form, report cards, school behavior reports, and achievement test scores), an entrance testing appointment will be scheduled for applicants entering K5 - 12th grade. Testing for 1st - 5th grades will include assessments in reading, writing, math, and grammar. Testing for 6th-12th grades will include assessments in English grammar and composition and math.  After testing is scheduled, the someone from the Admissions Office will contact you to arrange an interview with the Admissions Director, the Principal/Headmaster and a GCA Board member. This interview will take approximately one hour.
