Greenville Classical Academy is a private, K–12 Christian school in Greenville, South Carolina founded in 2004.
Our new campus is located off of 385 on the east side of Greenville just 12 minutes from the heart of downtown. It is easily accessible from Greenville, Fountain Inn, Simpsonville, Taylors, Greer, and Powdersville.

We hope that a foundation of knowledge, alongside understanding gained through engaging discussion, respectful questions, and thoughtful answers, will help students to desire to know more, to understand more thoroughly, and to communicate with grace and kindness. We desire that a GCA education will enable students to maintain the curiosity needed to continue to grow as life-long learners.
GCA students will be challenged to take the information they’ve internalized and use it to further explore, develop, and make decisions informed by analytical thought. Within the boundaries of objective truth, as found in the person and work of Christ, students will learn how to think, forming lifelong processes that will help them be intellectually resilient. They will develop understanding not based in feelings, but rooted in truth, remaining confident in that truth despite ever-shifting societal norms.
We recognize that each student is an Imago Dei, formed by a loving Creator to reflect his glory. We rejoice in the development and growth of each student, knowing that they reflect God’s glory in manifold facets. We join parents and church communities in celebrating students’ spiritual, social, and emotional growth in addition to their academic development.

We have loved having our children at GCA. From the first tour, we felt the warmth and love of Christ. We have continued to feel that from the administration, teachers, and community. It’s been an encouragement to be in a school where there is academic rigor but even more-so a commitment to biblical truth and the cultivation of a vibrant Christian life. We also appreciate the emphasis on parents as the primary educators/disciplers partnering with GCA’s teachers and administration to help our children grow in knowledge, understanding, and wisdom. Our time at GCA has been a wonderful experience!
